The winner was owned by Derrick Smith, Mrs Sue Magnier and Michael Tabor, bred by Barronstown Stud, trained by Aidan O'Brien and ridden by Ryan Moore. The winner won by 2 3/4 lengths in 3 minutes 5.72 seconds, with 1 3/4 lengths between second and third.
